2012/2013 Season "Passages"
"I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music." - George Eliot
Painting by Susan Bennerstrom
What an amazing Holiday Season and start to our 40th Anniversary! Thank you to all our supporters who donated, or came and listened over the weekend of 12/8/12. We had a fantastic time performing for you.
Thank you to all our concert attendees and friends who filled St. Paul's for a wonderful afternoon of sacred and spiritual music. We can't wait to show you what we have for you in June!
Three masterworks in one concert! Savor the contrapuntal genius of J. S. Bach’s Magnificat, a timeless baroque treasure. Indulge your inner romantic with the transcendent harmonies of Mendelssohn’s Psalm 115. Finally, enjoy the brilliant innovation Beethoven brought to the classics as Whatcom Chorale sets the stage for a virtuoso piano performance of his Choral Fantasia in C Minor.
Tickets will be available at the door and at Village Books, Piper Music, Everybody’s Store, The Greenhouse, and The Food Co-Op Stores one month before the concert date. Ticket prices are adults: $20, seniors and students: $15, under 18 yrs: $5.
